Iced over. Snowed in. Super Bowl XLV. It's been a crazy week here in Big D! We were going so batty with cabin fever that I almost put Stella on Craigslist. But we made the best of it and instead made a snowman, a snow angel, and some cupcakes that looked like snow. And when the sun was finally shining, we headed to where ESPN was broadcasting from Sundance Square, Ft Worth's downtown, to enjoy in the Super Bowl festivities. While out there, we had lunch at Tim Love's Love Shack (Iron Chef, guest judge on Top Chef). Here are scenes from the week...
Excited to play in the snow:
Inside, Stella read the new House Beautiful (her favorite)

Stella has good taste in magazines :)
I was wondering how the Super Bowl weathered!
Fun recap. I am impressed you got outside...it was so cold I made Maddie stay in. We also had houseguests in from Tyler with a son about 10 weeks older than Maddie. Add two crazy toddlers and a husband working from home and wanting quiet for his calls....I swear I have never been so happy to see the sun or drop off at school in my life! Just hoping Wednesday doesn't amount to anything!
Love your family photos....Stella is a little doll!

What a cutie pie Stella is! I LOVE your glasses too and (of course) SNOOP DOGG!!!
How fun!! I love these pics... looks like you all weathered the storm MUCH better than we did over here! lol
Y'all looked so cute! Did you make those cupcakes? They look really pretty...and most importantly tasty!
How fun that the Super Bowl was in your town and you could take part in the festivities! Great photos - Stella is such a doll!
