love that green velvet skirt! I can just see a little one wearing that with a bright red turtleneck and mary jane patent leather shoes!
Hard to believe it's September...it hit 100 degrees today! But, Labor Day is supposed to cool things down, so perhaps the velvet isn't too far off. :)
